Absolutely phenomenal service. I had a rodent issue that two other companies promise they were able to fix and we’re not and the technician from Yale came out on time and got the situation under control in one visit. I love supporting family businesses, and when they provide the best service too it’s a win-win. I will be using them and referring them in the future.

Yale Pest Control was very responsive to our call. It was easy to set up an appointment easily. Our technician, Irvin has a great personality and attitude, knowledgable and was willing to explain what the service entailed. He made it clear what was and was not covered by the application. I will definitely request him on future applications.

I had a significant pest issue that had me seriously ready to just burn my house down- I called my usual pest control servicer to deal with it but felt our discussion was too sales pitchy with no guarantees of the issue being fixed. So I called Yale Pest control- they came out ASAP, the first guy that did the inspection was so sincere, nice, understood my fear and how I wanted this done…he called back for pricing and explained my situation to the office and advised me on what my options were and what he thought was the better option for me, which oddly enough was the cheaper option & he was confident that would handle my issue properly. So yes he “sold” me but it was genuine, he really put himself in my shoes and was straight up with me. The next day the service occurred, the guy was prompt, quick and he too just very genuine & confident in what he did…reinspection several weeks later- he could of easily said “hey we need to do this again” but instead said I’d really rather not have to treat again- thoroughly inspected and left me confident the issue was resolved. The office contracts person too was really sweet- put my mind at easy- contract/payment was easy and straight forward and she even allowed me to bend her ear with my venting lol. Overall great service- I’ll be looking to switch to them for my regular servicing soon!
