Best fit: a facility that has to pass an inspection, or a household wanting a deep or post-construction clean booked quickly. Ask which staff hold which certifications, get the scope and frequency in writing, and — if you are hiring for a recurring commercial contract — ask for a reference from a job the size of yours.
