At home the jobs run from weekly visits to rescue missions. A household with a dog has had weekly cleanups since the start of 2025. A customer whose entire downstairs was coated in dust after the hardwood floors were replaced said every knick-knack, picture frame and piece of furniture was dealt with. Another had a carpet stain lifted that they had given up on. Two customers mention small repairs done alongside a deep clean — a television mounted, a loose doorknob fixed, small holes in the wall patched. When one client unexpectedly delivered twins early, Estelsy kept answering her messages and rebooked the cleaning around the new dates. On price, customers pull in slightly different directions. Several call the company excellent value; one in March 2025 said plainly that other cleaners are cheaper and that is exactly why they are worse. The company states OSHA General Industry safety and PPE compliance training on its own site, which is its own account rather than a verified credential, and it holds an A grade with the Better Business Bureau. This is a strong call for a janitorial contract where documentation and safety actually matter — a plant, a clinic, a school — and equally for a deep clean or a standing weekly visit at home around Leominster and into Nashua.
