Silvana owns it, and several reviewers name her directly — a November 2025 customer called her accountable for her staff and attentive to what customers need. The deep clean is what people book. A July 2026 customer put it plainly: when they say deep clean they mean it, and the house had not been that clean since they moved in. A May 2026 crew took a house from walls and ceilings down to the floors; a November 2025 customer clocked five hours per cleaner; another October 2025 reviewer went from baseboards to ceiling fans. A landlord of 30 years, writing in July 2026, called them the most thorough cleaning company he has used, windows included. On Google the company holds 5★ across 78 ratings. They also move quickly. A December 2025 customer had her call answered within a few rings, an estimate the same day and the crew in the house within two days, arriving early and working without stopping. An April 2026 customer changed the date a couple of times and they worked around it. A May 2026 customer had them cleaning around the movers. On price, the accounts differ. A July 2026 reviewer said flatly that they are not cheap, but that you get what you pay for; two October 2025 reviewers called the prices great and the cost very fair. Getting the estimate up front settles it — that December 2025 customer had hers the day she called. A good fit for a deep clean on a place that has been let go, an apartment that has to pass inspection, or a standing schedule you plan to keep for years. Say up front what matters in your house: a February 2026 customer had pet-friendly cleaners used, and a December 2024 customer noted separate cleaning materials kept for the bathroom.
