In a 2023 review, a customer said Jay called back within 10 minutes of the initial call and agreed to come out first thing the next morning. That 2023 customer said Jay provided a good price, confirmed the day before that he was on schedule, and left everything neat and clean. A 2023 customer said the company installed their doors very quickly and that a gentleman called a week later to check that everything was working. A 2018 customer wrote that a work request sent Friday evening, after the shop had closed, got a phone call half an hour later, and that the service rep fixed the issue the first time. In a 2020 review, a customer said their garage door broke and the company came out right away. A 2019 customer who hired the company for a garage door repair said Jason came out on time as scheduled and did a successful repair.
