John was responsive and arrived in a timely manner; it only took him a few minutes to correctly identify the issue with the grill. He then ordered the appropriate replacement part and was back within a week to do the repair, all of which was done in under an hour. We've been able to use the grill since the weather has still been warm, and it's working so much better!
