Love to know if they do good with work. Ut unfortunately they charge a diagnostic fee which is fine but it’s based on how expensive ur appliance is vs how long takes for diagnosis? Why would a premium appliance cost more to diagnose? Seems like they r pricing service based on how much affluent the customer is vs job so unfortunately cant support. Parts may be more. But a diagnosis is a diagnosis
Our fridge went out on a Saturday afternoon they were able to come out the same day and got it back up and running in no time! They were super affordable and made the whole process a breeze.
Very highly impressed with the customer service at this property. When I called them, the repairman arrived on time the next day. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. I was taken by surprise. My washer machine is 10 years old and we decided to have it repaired rather than purchase a new one that would not be as reliable. The cost of the repair was reasonable and I would highly recommend this company! Very satisfied and pleased. Thanks so much!
A-OK Monroe Appliance Repair is the Techs to call for all Appliance Issues. No job is to small. My stove went out on me Saturday morning as I'm cooking breakfast. A-OK Monroe had a tech out by 11 to check it out and thankfully they had they part needed to fix it so I was up and running in time for dinner. Forever grateful and will recommend these folks forever.
The tech was very quick to respond. He reached out within minutes and was able to schedule a same morning appointment. Got my refrigerator working in a matter of hours.
