Atos Development

Atos Development is a Westford landscaping and irrigation outfit run by Rafael Oliveira, and the reviews line up on one thing: full-yard installs, not simple mow-and-go work. Its 16 written reviews so far all date from 2026, spread across Google and Thumbtack, and every one of them is five stars. A recent review describes a full irrigation-system install alongside hydro-seeding, planting-bed cleanup, and new shrubs and flowers, with the crew described as attentive to detail and the result better than expected. Two reviews posted the same week in March 2026 — one on Google, one on Thumbtack — both describe Rafael sending a photo mock-up of the planned yard before starting, revising it to match what the customer wanted, then following up with a detailed written estimate. Another 2026 review mentions hiring Rafael again after an earlier yard transformation, and a March 2026 Thumbtack review describes him finishing a job in the rain rather than pushing it to another day. Thumbtack's own rating page shows a 95%/5% split between five-star and one-star reviews across its 22 ratings, though none of the lower-rated ones are quoted here. Separately, Atos's Angi listing features flooring as its lead service, and its about-us paragraph is written for a different name — "Rafael Construction Inc" — rather than Atos Development, worth asking about directly if a flooring job is what's being planned. For yard installs and irrigation, the reviewed work is consistent, and the process — a mock-up before the crew shows up — is unusually concrete for a small outfit. Given the broader service list on its profiles (flooring, remodeling, plumbing, electrical), it's worth confirming which of those Rafael's crew actually handles versus subs out before booking anything outside landscaping.
