Autiello Plumbing & Heating

Very disappointing experience. Akian shut off the hot water at our rental property, and the repair took nearly two weeks, leaving our tenants without hot water and ultimately costing us a substantial rent concession in addition to an expensive repair. Several no shows as well, after they told us they were coming. Communication and follow-up were also very poor. We were promised a discount of a few hundred dollars, which was never provided. I emailed asking for an explanation of the cause of the problem and received no response. We were also told the original technician would call to explain what happened, but that call never came. Given the prolonged outage, poor communication, and lack of follow-through, I would not use Akian again.

Best estimate. Professional work.

I had my boiler replaced with another tankless coil oil burner system through them. Quoted well within budget, and they were able to schedule within a 3 week window. Both technicians showed up on schedule for both days of the install, and did a very fine job! Strongly recommend!

Autiello provides Expedient, Professional service, and I recommend them highly ! I have several rental units and they have become my plumbers “par excellence”. Janet G.

I spoke with Tony this morning after receiving a bill that seemed very off given the circumstances. Tony was extremely apologetic and helped to the best of his ability, which was very much appreciated. He understood the frustration surrounding the circumstances and was very attentive. I took away one star for the horrible technician we dealt with (who left us without heat because he had to go to the circus and was 1.5 hours later than the window provided). BUT the company overall definitely earned back some stars because of Tony’s great customer service. Thank you, Tony!
