- Contract and service — a recent customer cited problems from contract to support
Mirabito Energy Products delivers propane and heating oil, and one recent customer strongly discourages anyone from choosing it as their energy provider. That customer gave it one star, called their short experience with Mirabito genuinely awful, and pointed to problems from the initial contract to the system service to the customer support. The company's website lists propane delivery, heating oil delivery, kerosene, and heating and cooling work on boilers and furnaces, and says it has been in business 99 years. On Google it holds 3 stars from 2 ratings.

I have written 4 previous Google reviews, and they have all been five stars. I have never had an experience with a company that was bad enough to compel me to write a negative review, but my short experience with Mirabito has been genuinely awful. There are many examples I can give - from the initial contract to the system service to the customer support - but it feels unkind to blast the details online. What I will do is strongly discourage you from choosing this company as your energy provider.
