AWB Electrical Services LLC holds 4.1 stars on Google from 45 ratings. On its BBB profile, the company describes its work as electrical contracting, including new construction, remodeling and service upgrades. A recent customer said Albert and Bob quickly replaced some broken switches and a defective doorbell, then came back a couple of days later to check on an issue with the new doorbell. A 2025 customer said Albert and crew upgraded an old breaker panel in a house that had two smaller panels not up to code; the estimate came on a Sunday and the job was complete that Thursday. A 2025 customer said Al and Bob upgraded the electrical system to conform with a newly remodeled kitchen. A 2024 customer wrote that Al put in a Level 2 EVSE, a new panel and 200 amp service. A 2024 customer said Al installed a generator hookup and showed a step-by-step of what to do in case of a loss of power. A 2024 customer said service was taken out during a weekend storm; AWB answered the call that Sunday and got the repairs done that Monday, in a few hours. Conduct is the other side of this business. A recent customer described Al as rude and unprofessional while working on their electrical, with unnecessary rude comments even in casual conversation. A 2026 customer said Albert got the job done quickly but was constantly negative and made unnecessary comments. A 2026 reviewer who works in real estate said Al cursed them out on the phone, suspecting a spam sales call. A 2025 reviewer described obscene profanity and deeply personal threats involving a deceased family member within minutes of an interaction.
Albert and Bob are old school in their approach to their work. albert responded to my initial inquiry within minutes and scheduled the work for 2 days later. They kept in contact and were great in keeping their appointment. They quickly replaced some broken switches and a defective doorbell. They even came back a couple of days later to check on an issue with the new doorbell that wasn't related to their work, but to the doorbell itself.
Al was very rude and unprofessional. He speaks worse than a sailor! I like to think prisoners are treated with more respect than his customers. When he was working on my electrical, even causal conversations had unnecessary rude comments, and quite frankly, I've never met another human being that is this disrespectful and ignorant. Please go elsewhere! The way he replies to his reviews should tell you all you need to know. He should not be in business.
From the start Albert and his team were professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone needing electrical work done for an honest and fair price.
Update 2-1-2026 I seen the response to my review. That was not me lol. Good job airing out dirty laundry online. You're only proving my point. I had work done a few months ago and Albert got the job done quickly. However, that does NOT excuse his attitude. He was constantly negative and made very unnecessary comments. Anything you say to him he doesn't have anything good to say. I was close to kicking out of my home because I don't tolerate disrespect. Albert is very old school but that doesn't excuse this behavior. Please look elsewhere. After reading other reviews that match my experience, Albert claims that they're bogus and fake. I actually did have work done by him and this is 100% legitimate.
We got an inquiry on our website with Al’s information on it. I reached out to connect as we work in real estate and deal with dozens of contractors. Al immediately was cursing me out on the phone suspecting I was just some other spam sales call. We get a lot of spam in our business as I’m sure most businesses deal with nowadays. We still treat every call and client with respect. The way Al handled this was unprofessional and childish. I wouldn’t trust this guy to change a lightbulb.
