Nick replied to my inquiry quickly. His estimate was very fair and accurate. He did work in almost every room of our house and the work is both professional and tidy. I recommend his services without hesitation. We'd definitely use Nick again.
Terrible customer service and extremely rude. I reached out via Thumbtack with a unique situation, needing someone who could inspect lighting, outlets, and switches to ensure everything is up to code and replace anything that is not. When hearing that I needed help inspecting work done by someone else they said "We don't permit other people's work, good luck with that" and hung up on me. This was after I had explained the situation in my initial outreach message, and received a message back saying they were willing to help with my issue. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but as someone in real estate who has worked with countless contractors and electricians in CT I have never experienced such immediate attitude and dismissal. If you are in a bind or have a unique circumstance, STAY AWAY.
I can highly recommend NJF Electrical. They work efficiently - and I appreciated their “can do” attitude!
Highly recommend, they put in these new kitchen lights and made it so easy!
Came next day. Diagnosed the problem immediately (in the panel). Finished quickly. Provided recommendations for long term upgrades. Excellent work for a very reasonable price! Will definitely use again!
