I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for employees who are actually working hard, but this experience needs to be shared. If your moving coordinator is Ali, I would strongly recommend staying away. From the start, they were clearly understaffed. We were told there would be three movers, but we never actually saw a third person the entire time. Despite that, we were still charged as if fully staffed. They charge hourly, yet somehow billed us for packing and moving at the same time—essentially double charging. Our rate came out to nearly $400 per hour, and it took them 10 hours to move a one-bedroom apartment, which is completely unreasonable. I had already labeled everything and partially packed myself, so there’s no justification for that timeline or cost. At that rate, you expect efficiency—not delays. On top of that, the way they left things in our one-bedroom apartment and had to go back the next day to finish the job. Honestly, it made us question how they even handle larger moves or full houses if this is the level of service for a small apartment. Another major red flag: they refused to provide a proper invoice before payment. Instead, we were given what looked like a basic receipt after we paid. That lack of transparency is unprofessional and made the entire situation feel very sketchy. If my husband hadn’t been starting a new job that week, we could have easily done this ourselves with a couple of friends in half the time. Instead, it felt like the movers were dragging things out and milking the hours for extra money. Overall, this felt like a complete ripoff. Between poor communication, questionable billing practices, and being understaffed, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I would absolutely not use this company again.

These guys did a phenomenal job. They quoted me fairly, the workers were professional and careful moving everything, and they got the job done in less time than we slotted. I would highly recommend them for personal or professional moving services!

10/10 experience with these guys. I had originally planned to only need them for half of the day but the move ended up being much larger. Ali easily pivoted and was willing to stay and help. They were quick, efficient, communicated well and were super easy to deal with. Moving is extremely stressful and they made the process far more tolerable. I greatly appreciate the help and hard work. I would absolutely recommend these guys. Thank you so much!
