B&R Painting Flooring And Home Improvement

B&R Painting, Flooring and Home Improvement is a Gardner painting contractor run by Ronaldo Renzo that homeowners in north-central Massachusetts hire first for interior and exterior painting and then keep calling back for floors, decks and small remodels. The company describes itself as serving Gardner, Princeton and Westminster with painting, flooring, drywall, decks, pressure washing, appliance installation and bathroom remodeling for homes and businesses. The people who hired them describe the same three things over and over: Renzo answers fast, the crew shows up when promised, and the price beats the other quotes. A May 2026 reviewer says the whole house was painted fast, well and at a great price and the neighbors want him next; another had the home freshened quickly before listing it for sale; a July 2026 customer had a master bedroom with a loft and vaulted ceiling painted and a cantilevered deck rebuilt on the same visit. A December 2025 reviewer had a new Tigerwood deck built after earlier wallpaper removal, and a small business had its interior painted around its operating hours in January 2026. Earlier reviews fill in the range: a 900-square-foot apartment with a vaulted staircase painted for the best price of three bids in 2025, cabinet painting, handrails stripped and stained, a flood-cut basement patched so the repair is invisible, laminate floors installed in 2023 after other contractors said the job was beyond them, a drop ceiling converted to drywall, and a 2019 plaster collapse fixed when no plasterer would call back. Google shows 5 stars from 30 ratings and Angi 4.7 from 50, with four reviews in the last six months and none negative. The complaints are few and thin on detail. An August 2023 Angi reviewer left half a star and the words "unprofessional and dishonest" with nothing more. A 2021 Angi reviewer rated the work good but said the crew was not sensitive to the needs of someone living in the apartment while it was painted, so if you will be home during the job, talk through the daily plan and hours up front. For interior or exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, floors or a deck around Gardner, B&R is a well-priced, responsive call with a long run of happy customers.
