I'm contacted Richard as I need to do a general home inspection before buying it. I really rarely leave feedback on professionally executed jobs, but this case needs to be highlighted, as it's like Toyota style - "Beyond your expectations". Initial communication - Richard replied within 1h after my message, and replied to all and each question following questions - regarding scope, cost, and terms in 5 mins max after receiving them. Awesome. Scheduling - I received message confirmation as well as calendar invites + reminders. Super easy to track and plan accordingly own agenda. Punctuality - Richard arrives 5 or 10 mins before the scheduled time and already starts the work before even I enter the home. Scope of work - visually I don't remember any single hole in the home and garage which Richard does not inspect. As well he answered all other, "a bit out of scope" questions. Report quality and delivery time - I received the report in 1h after inspection. It's blazing fast. The report had all photos attached, was very easy to read, and had very useful advice directly on the pictures with arrows to problematic places/objects. Payments - I was shocked, I asked "Can I pay by card?" and Richard just sent me the link. I follow and in 30 seconds paid the bill via Apple Pay. Probably you will find another home inspector who matches any of these criteria by one or even a few of them. But not sure that you will be able to find anyone who will match all these points at once. I will definitely recommend Richard as a home inspector, and will personally use it for my next home purchase in NH.
