Five stars without hesitation. I've been using Baldini Plumbing to both install my furnace and service my entire HVAC system for years and have always had a great experience. Whether it's Rob Baldini, the office staff, or the service techs, everyone is professional, courteous, and helpful. Julian came out this morning and was absolutely terrific -- friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping. Baldini combines technical expertise with customer service -- highly recommend!

I can't express how professional and reliable Baldini's is! Chris and his team, including Ryan C, completed a pretty sizable HVAC project in our house that took 5 business days. They were professional, clean, and caring with our home, all while keeping us informed of the project the entire time. I can tell that the employees are passionate about their work and take pride in making sure they complete a solid job. In my opinion, they are top notch, and I'd recommend their services, whether big or small, to anyone.

We needed a new heating system (heat pump) installed in our home. Baldini was recommended to us by several people and we are thrilled to have found them! The entire team at Baldini is professional, communicative and polite. Our project was 3 full days, they were very respectful of our home and even cleaned before leaving every day.
