Andy Ballard says on the company's website that he got into plumbing after leaving a career in design engineering, wanting to work for himself and put his problem solving to use. A recent Google customer said Andy replaced all of their copper water pipes with PEX A, showed up on time, came prepared with all the items the job needed and left a spotless clean-up. A customer who reached out by email said Andy responded quickly, set the appointment up over email and did the job quickly and professionally. A new homeowner in Brunswick said it was their second time working with Andy, and that he communicates well, arrives on time and charges "a very fair price." A customer looking for a plumber who shows up said they plan to call Andy again for future plumbing needs.
