When the sink a Durham customer had ordered turned out to be broken in the box, Bolduc's Best Plumbing had not yet removed the old one, so they left it in place and installed just the new faucet. That customer said Josh and Ebon were on time and polite, saved them extra costs with quick decisions, and cleaned everything after replacing the toilet, leaving the bathroom tidy. The company describes itself on its website as a family-owned business serving Lisbon, Maine, and the surrounding area, with over 7 years of expertise. The towns it lists include Auburn, Brunswick, Topsham, Durham, Lewiston and Bath. A 2026 customer said Cole came out for a very minor plumbing need, made time for the small project and was responsive and patient; that customer wrote that the company does new construction but keeps time for smaller needs. A 2025 customer with an old home said they learned a great deal from what they found and fixed, and appreciated the timely arrivals and follow-through. In 2025, a customer said the company actually answers the phone and that Cole helped when they needed it.
