In the reviews, people write Kelly's name rather than the company's. A household with two working parents and two young children said in a November 2024 review that they book her and her team regularly for deep cleaning, and that the crew organizes as it goes. The written history is short and sits almost entirely in late November 2024. One customer that month described weekly visits to a house with two small kids and a large dog, called Kelly trustworthy, and said that on the rare occasion something is missed she is easy to talk to about it. Another, two years into the arrangement, said she does not cut a visit short when the house is already fairly clean. Price comes up twice in those same November 2024 reviews — one customer called the work a good price, another called it good value and mentioned holiday gifts of soap and mugs. The business runs out of Peabody. Its Angi profile lists house cleaning, maid service, janitorial work and one-time clean-outs, with five years of experience and free estimates — and Angi labels all five of the reviews on that profile as copies of Google ones, so both 5★ averages come from the same small group of customers. This is a small, personal operation best suited to a standing household clean — a family home with kids and pets, weekly or every other week. Take the free estimate, and settle what a visit covers and how often you want them before you start.
Very good company
We are a family with 2 full time working parents and 2 young children. We hire Kelly and her team regularly to help us clean the house so we can spend more of our free time (and energy) with the kids. They do an outstanding job deep cleaning the house and organizing as they go. We couldn’t be happier with their work and highly recommend them!
We love Balles cleaning ! Kelly is always so pleasant and we love seeing her every week! She is trustworthy and does a great job cleaning our home ( with two young kids and a large dog 😂). If something is missed ( which it rarely is) she is so understanding and very easy to talk to about ! Highly recommend !!
Kelly and her team have been cleaning our house for the last 2 years. She does AMAZING work for a great price and very trustworthy. I’m always shocked at her attention to detail. She never leaves a job early if the house was already a little clean, and she always spends the time making it look better than she arrived beyond my expectations. She is communicative and flexible for our needs and schedule. I highly recommend Kelly Balles Cleaning!
5/5 stars hands down! I'm a giant slob and they handle the disaster I leave in my wake without judgment and impressively quickly. Incredible service and such a great value! They greet us with a smile every time and even give really nice holiday gifts like soap and mugs with cinnamon sticks. I don't often write reviews but these guys have been enough of a life saver for me that the world deserves to know!!
