The Better Business Bureau lists the company under Carpet and Rug Cleaners with an A+ rating, and Google shows a 5-star rating from two reviews.
Dalfior cleaning has worked with Essex Street Inn & Suites for going on 6 years. Coming on board in the middle of the pandemic, as we struggled to hire our own team of housekeepers. They are reasonably priced, and very thorough. Company owners; Milane, her husband Eudes, along their team are hard workers, who go the extra mile to assure our guest rooms, and common areas are always clean and presentable. We thank them for playing a big part in our recent acceptance, of 5th consecutive Gold Award for customer service, and property presentation given to us by Choice Hotels. Highly recommended! Kathy Hitchings General Manager Essex Street Inn & Suites, Ascend Hotel Collection Newburyport, Mass.
