The customer described a fast installation, an accurate quote and professional communication. The Greenfield company says it has served Franklin County and surrounding towns for 35 years. It works for residential and commercial clients and advertises free estimates. Its BBB description lists asphalt, TRG and hardpack driveways, roadways and parking lots, along with excavation and septic installation. The BBB also lists asphalt maintenance, striping, crack sealing and seal coating. Customers writing in 2024 and 2025 praised the price as well as the work. In September 2025, one said Scott paid attention to detail and offered a fair price. Scott also offered to address problems left by previous companies at a lower cost while the machines were already in place; the customer said he did not push the extra work. An August 2024 reviewer described hiring Barlow repeatedly for personal work and the association's private road, calling the price reasonable. Another August 2024 customer called the work affordable. Google shows a 5-star average from seven ratings, and the BBB assigns an A+ grade.
