Barrett Hardwood Floors is a Warwick hardwood flooring company that says it has been refinishing floors for Rhode Island homeowners since 1985. It describes its work as wood floor sanding, staining, finishing, repairs and installation for residential and commercial properties, and its website names a service area running from Barrington and Bristol to Lincoln, Pawtucket and Woonsocket. The written reviews on Google date from 2023 and 2024, and they center on refinishing. In a March 2024 review, a homeowner described badly damaged fir floors refinished in three rooms and two hallways, with the crew handling most of the cleanup. In January 2023, one customer said Mark did not over promise and under deliver the way their previous floor contractor had, and another, hiring on behalf of a client, wrote that the floors were a mess and the crew brought them back to life and cleaned up when done. A March 2023 reviewer, new to renovations, said Mark made the process easy and affordable. Google shows 3.9★ from 11 ratings, and the BBB grades the business A+. The Rhode Island contractor registry lists its home improvement contractor licence, GC-22180, as expired; the registry's own word for it is "INVALID".
