A recent customer says they have used Bartlett Tree for many years, calls Noah knowledgeable and says the crews do exactly what is expected. A 2025 customer said the field rep came to inject their trees but, after walking the property and the road looking for nests, suggested treating only 1 of 12 trees; that 2025 customer called him professional, courteous and honest, and said the same of the office staff. A recent customer says someone was supposed to come out June 22nd and send a report that day, but never came. That customer was put back on the schedule for July 13th and says they have not heard from the company since, with emails unanswered. A 2024 customer said phone calls and emails went unreturned, and that William Buckley misdiagnosed their tree issues several times and never followed up on next possible treatments.
Unbelievably terrible service. Reached out the then beginning of June where they proceeded to tell me Someone would be out June 22nd and send me a report that day. That day came and went and a few days later I called to see what was going on. Wow there was some mix up. They never came out. Got me on the schedule for July 13th, and I haven’t heard from them since! They haven’t responded to emails, or reached out to let me know what’s going on with my tree and how I can save it. Terrible unprofesssional service. So far don’t recommend at all. It’s been 8 days since I was “on the schedule” and was supposed to have an appointment!
I’ve been using Bartlett Tree for many years. Noah is so knowledgeable and the crews do exactly what is expected.

He was professional, courteous, and honest, and so was the office staff. Bartlett is truly a company of professionals who aim to do what is best for both the trees and the customers. It is truly a pleasure to work with them!
Terrible service. Don’t return phone calls or emails. William Buckley misdiagnosed my tree issues several times and then never followed up on next possible treatments. Tree not likely to survive. Do not recommend.
