A recent customer said the Bath Fitter installers were polite and precise, and were in and out in 5 hours, as predicted. On its website, the company lists bathtubs, showers, shower remodeling and tub-to-shower conversions among its work, and says it has been in business 40 years. It holds 4.4 stars from 96 Google ratings. A recent customer thanked Ryan & Ryan for their work on a new bathtub and said they were prompt and friendly. A 2026 customer said Patrick came out to reseal cracking sealant around a shower installed almost 25 years earlier and took a picture of a stress fracture. That 2026 customer said Bath Fitter then called to say it would replace the whole unit, that Ben replaced it, and wrote that the lifetime warranty "really meant lifetime warranty." A recent customer described a floor that was still squeaky after a second attempt, which also cut walls; a third attempt installed a stronger floor, over a 3 month period. That customer said the manager acted like they should just accept it, and also wrote that they did call and made things right. A 2026 customer said a tub was made that did not fit, and that the replacement tub arrived a month later 3 inches too big. That 2026 customer was also disappointed that the company only offered single-knob faucets.

The installers were very polite and precise. More than professional. In and out in 5 hours as predicted. 100% all business. Your company is lucky to have David D and Paul F . True craftsman. A real pleasure having them work in my home. I'll be sure to promote Bath Fitter to all.
Thank you to Ryan & Ryan for delivering outstanding work on our new bathtub 🛀 The guys were prompt, professional, friendly & great to work with. I was a bit skeptical upon reading reviews, but you all exceeded our expectations. I would recommend you to anybody! Again a big thank you to Ryan & Ryan!
I would not recommend that anyone do business with this company. First install floor was squeaky, second attempt still squeaky and cut walls removing waterproof design. Third attempt installed a stronger floor and no longer squeaky. This was over a 3 month period. The did not seem to care and manager acted like we should just accept it. Please spend your money somewhere else. They did call and made things right. Ty
My wife and I would like to thank both Patrick and Ben for their work. A few weeks back PATRICK came over to seal up around a few areas that we needed. We had the installation done almost 25 years ago over our shower. They were a few places where the Sealant was cracking. We called them up and they sent out PATRICK. He sealed and caulked around all the different areas. He took a picture of an area where there was like a stress fracture . 15 minutes after he left Bathfitter called and said they did not like how it looked. They said they were gonna send someone out and replace out the whole unit. Today Ben came and replaced out the whole unit, sealed up all the areas, caulked all around the bathroom. It looks very nice. Never have I thought that a lifetime warranty really meant lifetime warranty. But I can honestly say that bath fitter lived up to their word and provided excellent service. Thank you, PATRICK and Diana Brown
I live in Maine and I like knowing how much hot/cold water I'm using. They only offer single knob faucets, which was disappointing. They recently tried to install their tub after making their big high tech measurements (measuring tape), and accidentally made a tub that didn't fit, so they couldn't do the tub that day. Then at some point they say they have to rip out my old tub because they can't make it fit right and a month later the new tub comes in, and it's 3 inches too big. Ever heard of "cut once, measure twice"?
