In a 2016 review, a customer whose bathroom needed to be gutted and everything replaced said Ed did a super job on the planning and gave a reasonable estimate that was explained thoroughly so there would be no surprises. In a 2018 review, a customer said they gutted the bathroom and installed everything, and that it was perfect. In a 2015 review, a customer who came home after a week away said Ed and his crew had removed a collapsed deck, removed siding, replaced a rotted sill, sealed around a slider, and repaired and secured the deck to the foundation, in a very short time and for a very reasonable price. In a 2014 review, a customer said Ed and his team came in almost $5k under two other bids and delivered the project on time and on budget. In another 2014 review, a customer said Ed and his team always kept them apprised of what they were doing and when it would be completed, and planned to rehire them in the spring for more remodeling. A third 2014 review said they finished the work on time and cleaned up every day. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence, number 178387, is expired on the state registry.
