Two homeowners wrote about Bay State Window Experts this summer, and both named the same person: Mike Luke, the estimator who came to the house. In a July 2026 review, owners of a 120-year-old house with its original windows said other companies had quoted them exorbitant prices for new-construction windows before Luke laid out the options — and they called the visit no-pressure. When the job turned up problems outside the scope of a window swap, they wrote, he and the crew talked them through each one. A June 2026 customer described the other half of it: a crew that arrived on time, covered the house while working, cleaned up when it was done, and windows that changed how the rooms felt. The company works out of Westborough as a Harvey Windows and Doors dealer and installer, Massachusetts only. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 216362, is active and held in the company's own name. Two practical things before you call. The minimum job is six windows — a one-window replacement is not what they do — and the discount kicks in at ten or more. And the business runs as a network: depending on your town, it may hand you to another Harvey dealer in that network rather than come itself, so ask who will actually be quoting and installing. The written history is short. Both accounts are recent and specific, which counts, but two reviews is not enough to know how this company handles a job that goes wrong. Ask for addresses of installs finished nearby this year, and get the warranty terms — Harvey's and theirs — in writing.
