Bay View Painting's website names Brunswick, Belfast, Waterville, Sidney, China and Belgrade as its service area. A 2025 Google customer said Lance and the Bayview team had just completed a second job for them, and that Lance checked in often with progress reports throughout the project. That 2025 customer said the project needed a great deal of cleaning and prep before the painting could begin, and that the team gave the prep the same attention as the painting. The company's website quotes a testimonial about an 1840 home that needed extensive carpentry work due to rot, which the writer says they provided at a reasonable price. On Google it holds 5 stars from 3 ratings.
This is the second job that Lance and the Bayview team have completed for us. In both instances, they were fantastic to work with. Lance checked in often, giving helpful progress reports and working closely with the team throughout the project. Every team member held themselves to a high level of excellence and professionalism, attending to every detail. This project required a great deal of cleaning and prep before the painting could begin (not unexpected for us). The team focused on doing this part of the job to the highest level, just as they did with their painting work. The results of their hard work were so far beyond our hopes. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. First photo is after work was completed, next 2 are before and during the work.
