Priscilla’s Company, Be Happy Cleaners, has been my cleaning service for two years. Her crew is excellent, but there have been issues with punctuality. Last year, when we lived on the Island, she was scheduled for a 10:00 AM cleaning but didn’t show up. There were no calls or texts. She finally texted me, saying her Dad had a heart attack and she left her phone at a prior client’s house. We moved to the country and had a few cleanings. Before Thanksgiving, she was scheduled for a 10:00 AM cleaning, but I waited and waited without a call or text. She finally texted me, apologizing for a major emergency—her mother had a heart attack—and she left her phone behind and finally saw my messages and calls once she got back home. Last scheduled appointment, she was scheduled for 10:00 but she asked to come at 1:30 PM instead of 10:00 AM, which I confirmed. She arrived at 10:00 AM, and the gate was closed, preventing her from driving to the house. She insisted that the appointment was at 10:00 AM, and I sent her copies of our text. She left before I had time to open the gate. I trust that she will be able to resolve the scheduling issues and not showing up for scheduled cleanings. It is equally important for her to value her clients’ time as she values her own.
I feel very fortunate to have the services of Be Happy Cleaning. Renata is always kind, professional and willing to rearrange her schedule if necessary. I highly recommend this business. And, the cleaning is wonderful!
