The Bristol cleaning company, which earlier reviews call KA Matthias, holds 4.9 stars from 151 Google ratings and serves Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, Bridgeport, Waterbury and nearby cities. Customers name Astrid as the person they book with. The jobs range from routine visits to heavy cleanups. An October 2026 reviewer said a team of two spent just over three hrs on the house, from bathrooms and kitchen to washed floors. A June 2026 customer just out of the hospital thanked Palo and a co-worker for the help. In a March 2026 review, the company handled basement flooding from start to finish, cleaning out garbage, deep cleaning the house, power washing the exterior, fixing a door and installing a mulch bed. A May 2025 reviewer said Astrid's team cleaned up after construction of a 5000 sq ft restaurant and moved the job up 3 days on short notice. The complaints are few and blunt. A February 2026 Google reviewer called the cleaners and customer service rude after trying to book a deep clean, and a July 2026 reviewer said the company kept texting the wrong number after being told.
Lovely team of 2 women who worked very hard without a break. They left our house looking and smelling so clean! We will definitely use them again!
An amazing experience!!
I thought my house was clean until I experienced what Precisely Cleaned considers clean! The attention to detail was unbelievable. Places I wouldn't even think to check were spotless. My kitchen looked incredible, my bathrooms sparkled, and my entire home felt fresh and welcoming. What impressed me most was the pride they took in their work. You can tell this isn't just another cleaning job to them. If you're looking for someone who treats your home with the same care and attention they'd give their own, look no further. They've completely changed my expectations of a cleaning service!
