The company's website calls it a locally owned and operated junk and garbage removal service and lists a service area of Nottingham, Northwood, Barrington, Wells, Berwick, North Berwick, South Berwick, Dover, Rollinsford, Somersworth, Lee, Madbury, Newmarket, Strafford and Eliot. One customer who has used the curbside service for more than two years called the driver friendly and courteous and said the company handles dumpsters as well. One family recognized their driver, Dennis, by name, saying their kids get excited to see him every time he comes to pick up the trash. A recent customer said the company would not get on a phone call, insisting on email for "documentation purposes." A recent customer called the company "Extremely unprofessional, rude and threatening." A 2026 customer said the company refused to put a dumpster where they wanted it because 10 ft off the driveway was too close to the house, then refused to deliver because a car was parked in the driveway and there was snow on it. A 2024 customer said they realized their trash and recycling were going into the same truck, was charged extra for two unbagged pillows, and was charged another $15 on cancelling. A 2023 customer said bags of trash were routinely left uncollected and that they were charged for recycling bags that were supposed to be free. A 2022 customer said the company did not pick up the trash, took the garbage can and still tried to charge the account. A 2026 customer said they used the curbside service with recycling for several years and would use the company again. A 2024 customer who had used it for at least two years said it was convenient not to buy town bags and that the company was very helpful when called.
“Some towns have tiny budgets for waste. Recycling is not very profitable right now, so they cut services. My town doesn’t do curbside pickup, so I contract and pay for it. I’m not sure how much you have to get rid of, or if you have budget to have it hauled, but you could try a waste service. I’m very pleased with Beacon Waste in Dover, and they offer a variety of services. Sorry you’re having culture shock. Hope you find a solution!”
Terrible customer service. They are completely unwilling to get on a phone call under the guise that they need to keep track of everything over email for "documentation purposes". Have never heard that from a company in my entire life. It's conflict avoidance at it's best and not in the best interest of the consumer.
5 stars! We’ve had such a great experience with this company, and I especially want to recognize our driver, Dennis. He is incredibly kind, reliable, and always has a smile on his face. He genuinely makes my kids’ week every time he comes to pick up our trash—they get so excited to see him! No matter the day, Dennis is always friendly and cheerful, and that small interaction has made such a positive impression on our family. Great service starts with great people, and Dennis is a wonderful representative of this company. He deserves to be recognized!
I’ve used their services for 2+ years and curbside service has been great, driver very friendly and courteous. It’s a one stop shop for dumpsters as well. Highly recommended and it’s a local family run business, love that!!

I used this company for several years for curbside service with recycling. I no longer needed the service but I would recommend them and use them again in the future.
