The best response, service and pricing we have had when needing a repair person on what was an unexpected electrical issue. Thank you. Theresa was so understanding and informative..yes a real person answers the phone! Will use them again and recommend them to Norton residents needing electrical repairs.
He hasn't quoted me yet, but he was very nice and professional. I'm sure it'll cost me a lot of money.
Excellent job. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will hire them again in the future.
We’ve had the pleasure of having Beantown come in a few times, and it’s a great experience every time! Teresa is prompt with booking and the electricians are always prompt, and diagnosed & repaired a lighting issue that we’d had for MONTHS! Highly recommend their services
They responded quickly and did the work promptly. Our electrician accidentally broke a part of a light fixture that we had purchased while installing it, but they took care of getting a replacement part and didn't charge us anything for it.
