They did what I asked. Took one tree limb down that was broken hanging over our temporary shed. The four stars is only because they drove over our septic and well pump run, across a field, shared by our neighbor in down pouring rain. Next time ask if you can take your trucks across 1/4 acre field between two houses.

they called me back the same day i left a message, they came by the next morning to look at the project and they were here two days later to do the job. they showed up when they said they would, their quote was reasonable and their skills were top notch. and they were kind on top of it. couldn't be more pleased!

They made a hard job look easy. Steve and Chad surveyed our tree and offered a quote same-day as our first call out to them. The spot was tight, they removed it without damaging the tree it fell on, the fence below or any of the plants around. They took all debris with them, including what they raked and swept up. This tree was precious to us as it was four generations old. We're so grateful to them. Price was highly competitive against another offer we received and they honored it.

Bedford Tree Service did an outstanding job! They went above and beyond our expectations! Their professionalism and expertise is unmatched! Watching the crane operator and his tree cutter made for a fascinating day! The whole crew was hard-working and nonstop the entire day. They cleaned up when their work was finished, and left our yard the way it was before they got there. We definitely will hire them again in the future and recommend them for anyone who’s looking for tree cutting. This company is totally amazing! We would give them 10 stars if we could!

The hire horrible drivers. A women driving in one of their trucks today almost ran me off the road because she realized she was in the wrong lane last second. When i confronted her she said ‘well i put my directional on’ you cant just cut someone off and cause an accident just because you are in the wrong lane and want to move over. The owner did not care one bit when i called and hung up on me.
