On its BBB page the company describes itself as engaged in window sales and installation, along with siding, general carpentry, maintenance and interior and exterior work, and says it was established in Massachusetts in 1988, with Christopher A. Turner as the owner. Christopher Turner's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 110016, is active on the state registry. BuildZoom lists licence number CS-039873. Its BBB grade is A+. A recent HomeAdvisor customer said the work was done efficiently and quickly and that he kept them up to date on progress and the completion timeline. A recent reviewer wrote that the problem was corrected on the first visit. A 2025 customer said Chris completely rebuilt their deck at a fair price, said the work was completed quickly, and that they were hiring him for more projects. In a 2023 review, a customer said Chris built a barn door to the specs they supplied, replaced damaged clapboards and trim, and built a set of steps. A 2023 reviewer who had Christopher Turner replace 18 Harvey windows said the price was reasonable and the work area was left neat. A 2022 customer said he replaced the second-floor windows along with rotted windowsills and cleaned up the area when the job was complete. A 2021 customer said he promised to install two doors within a couple of weeks, that the doors went in well after that, and that one door did not close right, was not level and had a large gap down low; that 2021 customer said he promised to come back to fix it, and they were still waiting and tired of trying to reach him. A 2021 customer said Chris had promised Anderson 400 series windows but put in lower-quality, smaller windows than the ones paid for and changed the frames to make them fit. A 2020 customer said that on a window replacement he took tools from their garage without asking, damaged their drywall and never repaired it as he said he would, let sawdust get over their mulch and flower beds, and changed the schedule after partially installing the window.
