Its home improvement contractor licence, number 210630, is active on the state registry.
In a 2026 Google review, a homeowner whose previous contractor had left unsafe, incomplete work said Kyle identified numerous safety concerns, which the building inspector confirmed, and then demolished the existing porch and started over, documenting everything. The same homeowner said Kyle and his coworker Sam arrived every day and did not leave until the day's work was done.
In another 2026 review, Kyle installed a new exterior and storm door, brought catalogs so the homeowner could pick the door, completed the job in about 2 days and checked in a couple of times afterward. A different 2026 review says Kyle put storm doors on and then worked with the homeowners on a plan for a new deck, which they have had for about a year. A 2026 review also describes a new entry way installed with a portico over the front door.
A homeowner redoing their bathroom hired Kyle in 2026 after the original contractor left them in the lurch, and called him super clean and approachable with questions.
In a 2025 review, a homeowner described a kitchen renovation in which Kyle removed an outside wall over a suspected water leak, found nails in a pipe, addressed mold issues and installed a new pipe. In another 2025 review, from an 1880 home in Warren, MA, Kyle installed new tile flooring in a bathroom and got the settled, non-level floor near level.
