Benchmark Builders, LLC

Andy and team helped us quickly fix a water damaged wall in our garage. It was a simple job, but Andy and team thoughtfully helped to root cause the issue and repair the damage. Can’t wait to work on future projects with this team!

Andy helped me with some woodwork for high rise windows. He is an excellent communicator, upfront and transparent. I am very happy with the work and 10/10 would recommend!

I had an excellent experience contracting with Benchmark Builders to repair failing siding on my house and business. From start to finish, Andy was professional, patient, and personable. His team was very detail orientated and were clearly very experienced. He even took the time to help address other smaller issues that weren't originally part of the scope of work, such as the framing around my chimney. He was also extremely flexible with presenting a variety of options and working with us when we changed our minds at the last second. The final product looks amazing. I would definitely work with this company again. Thank you so much!!! (In my experience, this company is LGBTQIA+ friendly.)

We did a complete renovation of our bathroom with Andy. We love the results! A complete transformation!

The TLDR: we gutted a 100 year old kitchen down to the studs and completely redesigned it. We loved working with Andy & we love the outcome. We found Benchmark Builders online and Andy was one of several quotes we received to work on our kitchen. Andy’s attention to detail, his explanation of line items, and his anticipation for what our kitchen would need was more comprehensive than any other contractor we spoke with and is ultimately the reason we chose Benchmark Builders for our project. We are so glad we did! Andy worked with us every step of the way and listened to precisely every detail we wanted, while also adding his own suggestions of knowing what would work best for our space. He kept our expectations realistic and our budget tight which we greatly appreciated. Working with Andy and Benchmark was an absolute pleasure and we would highly recommend him for any project you may be considering! See the before and after photos below for our kitchen transformation - all thanks to Andy & the Benchmark Team
