Jose did excellent work on our front and back steps. He was great with communication, offered helpful suggestions, and his pricing was reasonable. Both entryways now look new. His crew worked quickly, showed up on time, and kept the area clean. The quality is solid, and the finish looks great. I would hire Jose again without hesitation.
Could not say enough good things about Jose and his team. He was able to schedule and complete the project quickly and was so easy to work with. LVA built a beautiful deck for us. I highly recommend them. A previous contractor pulled the deck apart unexpectedly and it was in total disrepair by the time we hired LVA. This project was to rebuild the deck and relocate the stairs to provide access from a laundry room. Jose and his team were exceptionally professional, always on-time, kept the work site spotless, communicated well throughout the process, pointed out any prospective issues promptly -- for example, our architect's plans needed some adjustments once we were building out the stairs. I fully appreciated his recommendations + input. The workmanship of his team was excellent and the project pricing was quite reasonable. We went with P/T/L instead of composite and will stain it in a few weeks. I look forward to hiring LVA for future projects.
