Unprofessional and Irresponsible Service A Ben’s Container driver struck our recycling bin while speeding through the neighborhood and failed to stop or assess the damage. The impact left the bin damaged and potentially affected nearby property. When I contacted the company, their representative Jim Tusino showed no accountability and made no effort to resolve the issue or replace the damaged bin. This lack of responsibility and disregard for concerns is unacceptable. I would not recommend Ben’s Container to anyone seeking reliable or respectful service.

Ben's has provided the Jamaica Plain Regan Baseball League with superior service over the last 3 years. They are flexible and work with us to position their portable toilets in some challenging locations within the Boston Parks system.
