Blueprint Site Solutions is a demolition outfit, and the company says its projects range from small shed removals to full house or commercial property guts and house tear downs. It describes itself as 10 years in business. A recent customer said Russell and Ray removed an old 8x10 shed and a pile of debris behind it, then cleaned up the yard. That customer said the price quoted at the estimate was the price they paid. A recent customer with an unused pool said Russell came up with a way to fill it in with no direct dump truck access, and that the final cost came in under budget. A recent customer said they took a 32x14 sunroom and deck off the house to start an addition project, finished the work in 2 days and cleaned up afterward.

Blueprint Site Solutions cleaned out and removed an old 8x10 shed and a huge pile of debris that was behind it in my yard. Russell and Ray worked non-stop, were professional and courteous and got everything out. They cleaned up the yard and made it look great and we couldn't be happier!!! The price they quoted for the estimate was the price I paid and it was extremely reasonable. The communication back and forth was great. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Hire them!

Russell devised a creative solution to fill in our unused pool with no dump truck direct access. Estimate was fair and comparable regardless of a more manual requirement. Final cost came in under budget. Step by step communication was greatly appreciated. Russell, Ray and Gehrig did a great job. I highly recommend BSS and will not hesitate to contact them for any future work.

Excellent work, took a 32x14 sunroom and deck of my house to start an addition project. These guys show up, no BS, no drama and got the work done in 2 days, cleaned up, you would never know they were here.
