A September 2026 Google review says the company installed a new roof in 2019 and, 7 years later, responded right away in person to a question about routine roof maintenance. In a May 2026 review, Mike explained the process clearly and said the job would take one day; the crew arrived at 8 AM, the work was completed and cleaned up at 2 PM, and the dumpster was removed the next day. An August 2026 review describes a new roof and gutters, and says that when Mike realized the job needed to get done quickly, he figured out a way to make it happen. In a 2023 review, Mike and his crew rebuilt the badly deteriorated roof and repointed two brick chimneys on a nearly 300-year-old saltbox house in Great Barrington, finishing the job in a week. A separate 2023 review says they removed 13 tons of shingles and installed a roof in one day.
