Awful experience! We contacted them in March 2020 for an estimate. He came and sent us a proposal and we signed it April5 and laid the 50 % deposit. We asked for a start date, he said probably June. We contacted him again mid June as we have not heard from h8 , says he is backed up will call when ready. We gave him ample time. Called back mid July and he said he was ordering the shingles. We contacted him beginning of August with a status and he said the materials will be in Friday aug 14 so we figured he would start then. We got a text at 630 am that Friday morning saying he didn’t have any help and for us to find some one else. So in my opinion he lied the whole time cause you are not going to turn down a job if you really ordered the supplies. The one thing you need from a contractor is honesty! He keep us waiting for several months and telling us the supplies will be in that Friday And he would be starting. Just awful is all I can say.
The only one out of 4 local contractors who returned my call!! He was professional, polite and arrived when he said he would. Thankyou so much for your help.
