A November 2021 reviewer hired them that summer to add a deck to a second-story porch and called it a complicated one, starting with a porch that was not level. Another November 2021 customer had an entire deck replaced and said neighbors came by to look at it. A January 2024 reviewer replaced a two-story deck and updated the rear windows and doors along the way; an October 2023 customer got a new deck with an awning.
The heavier work is in there too. In a May 2024 review, a homeowner described a major renovation of a 100-year-old house in which two load-bearing walls were replaced with a new steel girder and beam to support the second and third floors. A January 2024 customer had an old three-season porch demolished and a new addition built in its place, and a November 2023 reviewer had a Lally column replaced in the garage.
Bathrooms fill the recent stretch: a complete gut and upgrade in a May 2025 review, a master shower redone in March 2025 to fix a leaking pan, and a November 2024 bath rebuilt with new shower, tub, tile, fixtures, medicine cabinet, towel racks and trim, with painting throughout. Beroli Construction is extremely professional and I could not be more pleased with the results. I realize this was just a small project but they kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions and exceeded my expectations.
