What customers keep coming back to is process rather than flourish. One homeowner writing in February 2026 described the crew replacing the concrete footers and support posts under a sunroom through winter weather, with every permit requirement met. In an April 2025 review, another said the front porch went up quickly, the permitting was handled, and the site was left clean. A September 2025 customer hired them after chasing periodic leaks in cathedral ceilings — they demoed the ceilings, spray-foamed the cavity and rebuilt them. Two January 2026 reviewers, on Google and Houzz, described finished ADU projects and steady updates from Rod and Breno. The sour note is about the jobs too small to be worth a crew. In May 2025, a neighbor of an active porch job asked for a quote to put a railing on granite front steps, was told roughly two weeks, and after more than a month had heard nothing and went elsewhere. Nothing negative has been written since. The bigger thing to pin down is age. The company's own site and its BuildZoom blurb both advertise 24 years of experience, while BBB records the business as started 2 September 2024 and incorporated ten days later — one year in business — and the reviews start in October 2024, which fits the shorter version. That gap is worth a direct question: the two dozen years plausibly belong to the people rather than the company. For an addition, an ADU or a full bathroom in MetroWest, they are a credible call with a short but consistent history and an active registration. Settle the tenure question, confirm who holds the construction supervisor licence on your job, and get the scope in writing before signing.
