Best Hands Lanscape Construction & Design

This is a long overdue review! Emerson and his team completed a beautiful patio for us in April, and we've been enjoying it ever since. I personally met with 4 different companies and Best Hands stood out right away in a number of ways: 1) Emerson always showed up on time and called back when he said he would 2) Emerson was the most knowledgeable professional out of the bunch: he offered ideas and built on the vision we had to design the ideal patio for us 3) His proposal outlined the work in the most detailed way so that we knew exactly what was included and how the job was going to be done 4) He came over a number of times to walk us through the contract, answer our questions and make us feel totally comfortable with the investment and the plan His crew worked fast (as fast as they could with some intermittent snow!), cleanly and were able to answer whatever questions we had as the job was moving along. The entire job went as planned - the only thing that came up was the need to add a step, and that was handled easily. We are super happy with having selected Best Hands to do this job. It wasn't the cheapest quote, but I'm a huge believer that you get what you pay for. And in this case, it's definitely true. We'd would most certainly hire Best Hands again!

Did a great job on our front yard remodel... work included landscape and hardscape improvements (new driveway, walkway, front door stoop, lawn, plantings,etc.). Great job and really good guys top to bottom.

We hired Best Hands Landscaping to construct a pool patio, garden trellis, 2 retaining walls and fire pit and we couldn't be more pleased with both the process and end result. Emerson worked with us through open lines of communication to build a truly unique trellis using reclaimed railroad tracks that serves as the focal point of our yard. Emerson worked creatively to realize our vision and his crew was always courteous and professional. The site was kept clean and the project came in on budget and on time. We will hire Emerson and Best Hands Landscaping for our next project!

THE BEST Emerson did a fantastic job in design and construction of my outdoor Kitchen/Patio. He was always there to monitor progress and always there to answer any questions. His co workers were there long days to make sure the job was done in a timely manner I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone !!!

I have used Best Hands for 2 projects at my home in the last 3 years. The first project was a patio with a fieldstone sitting wall with built in grill and matching fire pit. The second was redoing two staircases on the front of my home and installing a walkway. Without a doubt Emerson at Best ands is easiest contractor to work with. His crew is totally professional and does outstanding work. Emerson comes out to the job personally to review the job site and give his opinion on what he suggests. Everything is seamless and every job turns out better than you even thought it would. The one year same as cash option that Best Hands offers is an added bonus. I have used this option with both my projects and have not had anyissues.
