A 2026 customer said the company's leaf blower destroyed a number of tulips in their mulch beds, and that when they called to let the company know, they did not receive an apology.

Had to have knee surgery, and was reluctant to let anyone touch my grass...Setbacks left little options, so I called Better Blades. They came out immediately and did an absolutely amazing job. Very detailed and thorough, polite and professional.
You would think a landscaping company would have more respect for people's flowers. We had an abundance of tulips in our mulch beds and this company decided to take their leaf blower and destroy a number of them. I was very disappointed and frustrated to see this! I called the company to let them know and did not even receive an apology. I would not recommend them.
Really thankful for the team at Better Blades! They provide very thorough and high quality service all year round! Previous vendors didn’t fully clear my driveway. Better Blades plows AND shovels by hand to provide clear paths for driving and walking. Their summer service is also excellent!!
