AJ and is his team are the best in the business. From start to the finish the process was clear, accurate on timing and priced well. Our entire backyard had 2-3 inches of sitting water after the first contractor we hired installed a system that fed water into our yard from the neighborhood above. Completely unusable. AJ came on a Wednesday to look ant our yard and fit us into his schedule to de-water the yard that Friday due to an incoming rain storm. If he hadn’t fit us in our basement would have flooded. The following week they put in 3 levels of drains, removed poor quality top soil from the previous contractor (at no added cost), re graded our yard and connected the system with the gutters to the street drain. All of that work was done in 2 days (3 days total with the dewatering). Our sump went from running every 5-10 minutes to only when it rained. We did have a rain storm a few days after his team wrapped up that created some puddles, his team came back and added fresh top soil. We went from having an unusable yard to a yard we could bring the kids out on directly after a rain storm. There is no better drainage company to use in the greater West Hartford Area than AJ and his team at CT Drainage Pros.
AJ came out quickly, gave a detailed quote, and solved the water pooling around our yard. We had serious flooding along the front sidewalk, the side of the house, and the back walkway. With winter coming, we were worried the freeze and thaw cycle would damage the new work that had just been done, so we hired AJ to fix it. They dug the trenches, laid and leveled the pipe, and covered everything with stone and fabric. They also leveled the yard with topsoil and reseeded the whole area. The team has all the right machinery and tools and were efficient, fast, and professional from start to finish. If you have drainage problems, AJ is the one to call! Added some photos to show prior water pooling issues. Since then, we've had heavy rain and no water pooling issues.
Very communicative, efficient and knowledgeable. AJ and team did a large project for me to install a perimeter drainage system to ensure water wouldn’t breach my basement. AJ continued to check in even after the invoice was paid. Have been so happy with the result!
