Estimate was for all services to be provided including those which would not be provided. Work was done promptly. The provider kept me informed about the progress. All work was done in a very professional way. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.

He replaced broken parts in both toilets and adjusted for low-flow to save water. And he seamlessly glued and restored the step stool.
