Better Homes Inspection LLC

Very thorough!!! Patient, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable as if it were his own home he was evaluating. I would use him again and again!!!

I had a great experience with Better Home Inspections. John completed the inspection on the home we’re purchasing and was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He took his time going through the entire property, explained everything clearly, and was happy to answer any questions I had along the way. The inspection report was also excellent. It was well organized, easy to navigate, and written in a way that was easy to read and understand. It clearly laid out his findings and made it simple to see what needed attention. I would 1000% recommend John and Better Home Inspections to anyone purchasing a home. Great experience from start to finish!

Great work from John! Was able to get me in the schedule quickly and was very thorough. He was also especially patient with my questions throughout! Will 100% recommend

As first-time homebuyers, we didn’t know exactly what to expect — Gio made the process easy to understand. The inspection was thorough and methodical, and he flagged things we never would’ve caught on our own,. He explained everything in plain language, didn’t inflate minor issues, and gave straight answers when we asked for more detail. The report was well-organized and photo-documented, which made it easy to reference during closing. Highly recommend for anyone buying in the New Haven area, especially first-timers.
