Bianca's Cleaning Pro

Bianca's Cleaning Pro is a house cleaning business based in Plymouth, Massachusetts, founded by Bianca De Oliveira, who says the company has been running for 11 years. On Thumbtack, where the business is background-checked, a customer who says she's used the service for two years writes that "I just feel like my soul is refreshed again" after each cleaning — the kind of specific, repeat-customer praise home cleaning companies rarely get. That review is also Thumbtack's only rating so far, a perfect 5.0. The Thumbtack profile also lists handyman work alongside house cleaning, so it's worth asking directly what that covers before booking. With just one rating on file, a couple of reference calls are a reasonable step before hiring.
