Biasuz Hardwood Floors

Clarissa and her crew were fabulous. They went out of their way to help us hone in on the perfect stain color. They were fast and clean up was impeccable. They even dusted surfaces on the closet shelves. The baseboards were clean and not damaged. Attention to edges and corners was evident. Coverage was even, especially over areas of previous pet damage. Any boards that were replaced are undetectable as being new. Clarissa was professional and they delivered as promised.

Biasuz Hardwood Floors did an excellent job repairing and refinishing my 60-year-old hardwood floors—they look brand new. Clarissa, the owner, was easy to work with, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made everything run smoothly. The crew worked quickly, staying ahead of schedule despite a tight timeline with new tenants moving in, and left everything tidy and clean. Highly recommend for their professionalism and quality work.

Clarissa and team did an absolutely amazing job refinishing our floors as well as a herringbone install in our entryway. Couldn’t be happy with the finish product. Also, Clarissa, was incredibly easy to work with in very responsive. Five stars all the way.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with our floor installation from start to finish. The entire process was handled efficiently, with clear timelines and great attention to detail. Clarissa, the designer, was a pleasure to work with—professional, communicative, and very helpful in guiding us through the design choices. Ed, the installer, was equally impressive: punctual, highly skilled, and meticulous in his work. The installation was completed smoothly and on schedule, and the final result looks fantastic. We truly appreciated the professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship from both Clarissa and Ed, and we would highly recommend their team.

Working with Clarissa and the team at Biasuz Hardwood Floors was amazing from start to finish! Clarissa was super accommodating and always easy to reach throughout the whole process. She really worked around our timeline — which was a big help since we’d just bought a second home out of state and both have hectic work schedules. When it came time for the install, the crew did an incredible job — our floors came out absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Biasuz Hardwood Floors — they’re transparent, fair, and deliver top-notch quality with no surprises.
