A 2023 customer said Alex and his team sanded worn oak floors over 60 years old, some with old laminate glued over them, down to a uniform base and took time to match the stain with many samples. That 2023 customer said everything was completed quickly and that the rates seemed average or better than competitors. Alex and his team did a wonderful job repairing and refinishing the 1st floor, stairs, and upstairs hallway in my house. They paid close attention to detail and the floors came out amazing. The pricing was also very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I will definitely be using Eagle Flooring’s expertise again in the future.

Alex and his team sanded them all to a good uniform base and took time to match stain, many samples. They completed everything quickly and the floors look really great. His rates seemed to be on average or better than competitors. I’ll add some photos soon.
Eagle flooring did a great job with my floors which were not easy! Bottom story had a large dip in which he had to level out. And then he had to bleach and stain 40 year old oak floors to match new European oak! Plus he was very accommodating, and the fact that I wanted herringbone floors laid a different direction from what was normal! Stunning results all over!! Highly recommend!
