A 2025 Google reviewer wrote that after an oil delivery, their heating system suddenly stopped working; $700 later, they learned the oil cap outside was not properly secured and moisture had gotten into the tank, causing issues with the furnace. That 2025 customer said the company told them it wasn't their problem and that they must have put oil in themselves, and wrote that "the women is also very rude" and refused to say who the owner was. A 2025 Google reviewer gave four stars, praised the customer service and said Dave will do anything he can. A 2024 Google reviewer wrote that they would never use the company, objecting that it's on Facebook and "a lot of us don't use Facebook."

I got an oil deliver in February, no prior issues with my heating system, well all of a sudden it stopped working $700 later come to find out the oil cap outside was not properly secured and that allowed moisture into the tank , causing issues with the furnace. The repair man noted that the cap was not on. Properly called them and they said that it wasn’t there problem and I must of have put oil in myself. Never have I ever added oil outside of contacting them. Crazy how I have to pay for there mistakes . The women is also very rude and refuse to tell me who the owner was. Prior to us living there my mother in law owned and heated with them For years. They will never get another dollar from me. It’s disgusting how you treat your customers
Don't know anything about them since it's Facebook and a lot of us don't use Facebook. Due to this I will never use your company
